Remember Not The Former Things...

Good Morning! If you'd ever experienced any type of heartache from someone, did you secretly wish for that person to feel your pain as well; wanted them to understand what you were going through? Come on, BE HONEST! Now, you anxiously begin processing the situation, analyzing the problem(s), understanding why it had to happen and out of all the millions of people in the world, "why me"? Once you've passed through these mind-boggling areas, consoled your aching heart and mind, you now have to find the strength to forgive.

If this proves to be difficult for you to do, I encourage you to revisit scripture Luke 23:34 which reads, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do". Even at His point of death, Jesus asked for forgiveness for all humankind. Jesus didn't sing the "woe is me" song or dwell in a pity party frenzy, He simply asked for forgiveness. WOW!!!!

Brothers and Sisters, let's remember to CRUCIFY the FLESH, NOT PEOPLE (family, friends, loved ones, etc)...move past your hurts, your pain and frustrations and pray for the strength to forgive. None of us are perfect. Matthew 6:15 (KJV) "But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses".

Please stay in prayer! The devil does come to steal, kill and destroy. And if he can detour you in any shape, form or fashion outside of God's will, he most certainly will. Don't let the enemy in! Guard your eyes, heart, ears and mind. Feast on things that are good, pure, lovely; feast on God's Word.

Isaiah 43:18 (KJV) says "Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old".

Praying each of you will continue to have a blessed and wonderful week!

Love,

Chaquita
